We are concentrated value investors. We hold a small number of deeply researched positions, often in overlooked or unpopular sectors. While most investors focus on large & mega cap stocks with clean stories, we focus on smaller companies that are misunderstood, discarded, and off the beaten path.

We invest in special situations, including spin-offs, companies emerging from bankruptcy, companies executing unusually large buybacks, CEO changes, activist involvement, M&A, and strategic alternatives.
